At Artinë, each garment is individually handcrafted to reflect the unique vision, specifications, and measurements of our clients. Due to the bespoke nature of our haute couture products, we maintain the following return and exchange policy:
Customized Products
All Artinë pieces are custom-made and tailored to the client’s specific requests. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reason other than a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
To report a defect, please provide the following:
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the garment showing the defect
• Your order number and contact information

Resolution Options
Once a defect is confirmed by our quality assurance team, Artinë will, at its discretion, offer one of the following solutions:
• Repair of the garment at no additional cost
• Replacement of the product (subject to material availability and production feasibility)
• Refund in part or full, depending on the nature and extent of the defect
Processing Time
For any valid return or repair claim, Artinë will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, which may vary depending on the nature of the garment and repair work required.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
• Fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client
• Damage caused by mishandling, improper care, or third-party alterations
• Minor variations in color, texture, or embellishments that arise due to the handcrafted nature of the garment
Shipping Costs
If a return, repair, or replacement is approved due to a manufacturing defect, Artinë will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, the client is responsible for all associated shipping charges.
