By using Artinë’s services or products, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Any client who places an order with Artinë agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms, with no exceptions.

Artinë provides bespoke fashion services, including the design and production of custom dresses and garments. Each piece is tailored to the individual client’s specifications. As each item is made-to-order and uniquely designed, all sales are final unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is present.

Orders and Delivery Timeline
Each order is produced according to the client’s specifications. Once confirmed, no changes can be made to the design, measurements, or material without written approval from the Company. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation and may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and destination. Detailed shipping terms will accompany each order.

Pricing and Payment
All pricing is determined based on materials, customization level, and complexity of design. The Company reserves the right to request a non-refundable deposit prior to production. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required in advance. Any additional costs arising during production will be communicated to the client before being incurred.

Shipping and Transportation
Artinë offers domestic and international shipping. Shipping fees are calculated separately and not included in the garment price. Clients are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local government charges. Artinë is not liable for any shipping delays due to customs clearance or unforeseen international disruptions.

Measurements and Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate measurements. Artinë is not responsible for any fit issues caused by incorrect measurements submitted by the client. Alterations due to measurement errors will incur additional charges. If in-person fittings are part of the service, missing appointments may impact final delivery.

Cancellations and Returns
Once an order has been confirmed and production has started, cancellations are not permitted. Returns are only accepted if there is a verified manufacturing defect. Any such issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for personalized or custom-made products beyond this period or for reasons unrelated to production quality.

Post-Delivery Liability
Once a product has been delivered and accepted by the client, Artinë bears no responsibility for damage incurred during or after delivery. The client assumes full responsibility for storage, maintenance, and care of the garment upon receipt.

Force Majeure
Artinë shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

Return & Exchange Policy
Because all Artinë pieces are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not permitted except in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects. Upon notification of such a defect within 5 days of delivery, the Company will determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate and will act within a reasonable time to resolve the issue.
